on this year's Los Angeles GLAAD Media Awards last April 14, we have seen different stars, wearing their most beautiful, trendy, unique gowns or dress. i have this impression that actresses are criticized by the way they look, what they wear and how much it costs, on awards night like this. thats also the same reason why they wear the fanciest dress they could ever wear. because they are stars, "they must be extraordinary." one thing poked my attention, though, see below:

i never thought that it will be this hard to wear this fancy high-heeled shoes, just look at the veins, u do the math in counting. kung mabubugbog ang paa ko like this, khit pa gaano kamahal ang sapatos na to, thank u na lang. looks like jennifer's feet did a lot of work for the awards night. is this the price the stars need to pay all for the sake of glamour?

as soon as i have this psp gizmo, i thought 1gb of memory stick would be enough to put the games i like, however with the mp3s and ebooks im putting on it, i felt devastated having this limited capacity. the fact that the iso games i love cant even run since it exceeds the 1gb mark. so here are my thoughts: well, i can just buy a new 2gb-4gb memory stick and put everything i want to....or i can also just stick with the games that im playing and wait till i get bored...or lastly just give up my psp and give it to my brother. by the way, the last option must not cross my mind, right?? ok so for a broke psp addict like me, the first option will not be an instant answer...and the second option? well yeah ill just put myself to extreme boredom and left with kiddie ISO games..............but wait:

convert your iso to cso. AHA! thank god for Dark_alex concept, thank god for the creators of this converter. just imagine that your Grand Theft Auto which is about 1.6GB is now 950 mb!?! just thinking about it, im excited to play these games:

Sid Meiers Pirates of the Carribean, Star Wars Alliance, NBA Live 07, Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories, Burnout Denominator, SOCOM, Metal Gear, Virtua Tennis EU, Bliss Island and a whole lot more.

these games are full versions. the converter is too easy to use and im impressed that the level of compression is customized up to level 9. im also getting new sets of games like: B-Boy, Miami Vice, MindQuiz, MTV Pimp My Ride, MVP_Baseball, Shrek, The Silent Hill Experience & Thrillville.

Note: im not really playing all these, but i dont know, love collecting them hahah! below are the mp4 format movies: Borat, Tenacious D: the pick of destiny, Happy Tree Friends Season 1, 2 & 3, The Covenant, Night at the Museum, Smokin' Aces, Buying the Cow, The Fast & the Furious: Tokyo Drift.

Im excited to see the happy tree friends, its like the counterpart of southpark, hehe! ohh well, i think it is a MUST to get a higher memory capacity.

among the 18 candidates who struggle to win their 14-week interview process, finally it has come to an end. nicole, frank, james and stefani who happens to be the original members of the arrow team are the top four contenders, but Donald Trump chose Stefani to be his next apprentice, they think that her legal background would definitely be an edge to the Trump Organization.

after announcing the four finalists, i have concluded that Stefani would be the perfect one in being the next apprentice, she had shown  a different sense of responsibility, taking over without being bossy, being tough without being pushy to other candidates. she had proven that this season, kendra wont be the only lady to be able to make it on Trump's organization. on their last task, Stefani and James complimented each other and get the best out of one another...but as they say, there can only be one apprentice.

The Virginia Tech gunman (Cho Seung-Hui) who killed 33 people including himself last Monday morning in Blacksburg. This 23 year old Korean sent videos to NBC News an hour and 45 minutes before his first gunshot...showing off his rants against the rich and unpecified enemies. Among his statements:

• You have vandalized my heart, raped my soul and torched my conscience. You thought it was one pathetic boy’s life you were extinguishing. Thanks to you, I die like Jesus Christ, to inspire generations of the weak and the defenseless people. (hmm what about die like Satan?!)

• Do you know what it feels to be spit on your face and to have trash shoved down your throat? Do you know what it feels like to dig your own grave? Do you know what it feels like to have throat slashed from ear to ear? Do you know what it feels like to be torched alive? this incident called my attention, im even more worried about the effect of this to some potential gunmen out there. whats even more surprising is when this kiddo thinks that the other incidents of school shootout show heroic acts of those young criminals, some sort of sacrificial move. when i look at that image i saw heedless, inconsiderate, freak teenager who just wanted to get some attention he would never had. however the damage he made by killing 32 innocent people is so inhumane and ruthless, why didn't he just asphyxiate himself in one corner and leave his suicidal videos after? how many people might be considering doing such disturbing act because of their so called "uncontrollable release of madness?" killing himself, is his way of escaping to this entire mess, i think his mind had crossed the limit but couldnt take it and his apperception immediately breaks down.

last saturday, sesh, blissy and i went to Podium and watched the movie, The Reaping starring Hilary Swank, David Morissey and Idris Elba. this is somewhat inspired by the religious story of the 10 plagues happening on the town of Haven. David Morissey seek the expertise of Hilary Swank by checking out a river that turned out to be blood, of course Hilary who turned out to be a non believer after her daughter and husband got massacre on the ordination she attained when she was still active in religious activities, would like to put in defense some scientific explanations to it. however she faced extraordinary turn of events everytime she see Loren, the 12 year old child being blamed by causing curse on that town. for the spoiler of this movie, click this link: The Reaping.

its almost 2pm when we decided to have our lunch, at first sesh would like to try to dine in shabu shabu but since it wud be 2 against one (btw, blissy and i dont want "raw" food) we tried bananaleaf instead. we can tell that it is somewhat thai delicacy wherein they have this special sauce that compliments the grilled squid, darn im drooling again, hehe. the funny part of that is that they serve using this small saucer, in which i thought has a pretty orange sauce, but realized how embarassing it is knowing that its just the design of the dish. hahha.  

after our lunch we went to starbucks and twas also the time that i was able to use the wi-fi feature of my psp. another disovery again, twas easy to use and the only thing to consider is the signal strength, though the web pages may take few seconds to load, but hey anything free is great, right?!

Sony PSP amazes me when there are lots of things to do other than playing games. For homebrew users who have the 1.5 version, u can try Bookr as your PDF reader to put in your gadget. to install simply copy the __SCE__bookr and %__SCE__bookr folders to your Memory Stick PSPGAME folder. not all versions can use this program, u can try to convert the pdf file as a notepad file and access it from your browser by putting in the path and filename.

Just to add some tips on that small but terrible PSP, did you know that you could actually play your flash games downloaded from www.miniclip.com, plus you dont need to convert your wma music files to MP3 just to transfer it to your PSP. To enable the Flash and WMA in your PSP, perform a hard reset on your gadget, this means that you have to hold the power button for about 10 seconds and power it off. keep on tapping the R-key while powering on your gadget. on the menu, simply go to the Registry hacks section by pressing the X-button. Activate the WMA and Flash player.

this is an adaptation of the 300 novel created by Frank Miller in which 300 spartans are sent to fight the men of Xerxes. spartans fought the fantastical creatures including the immortals. the storyline is pretty basic, king Leonidas asked Dilios to go back to Sparta and tell to the people what they have gone through, in return Dilios motivated spartans and come up with the 10,000 ppl plus the 30,000 greeks added to their army. i wondered why it is entitled 300, if Dilios was not included on the army who died after battling with the persians.

i have now changed my theme background to Ivanka's theme. im also fond playing the jewel quest game, para na rin akong naglalaro ng rpg kung saan may palevel-level up pa, and of course a lot of quests. ok din ung graphics nya and may level of difficulties to choose from.

lenten season na naman mga chong, and im telling u hinde ko naramdaman na mahal na araw na nga. hinde ko rin maintindihan kung baket "mahal na araw" ang tawag kapag lenten season. first, may trabaho ako at nahassle pa ako bago pumasok sa dahilang walang masakyan plus saksakan ng dami ng tao sa antipolo. naging tradisyon na kase ng mga dumadayo duon na pumasyal, bumili ng suman at tumambay sa simbahan dun. pati mga negosyante naki-jamming na rin sa kanila, may tindang tsinelas, pamaypay, sumbrero ultimo belt nakita ko rin. habang nasa pila at nag aantay ng sasakyang who knows kung kelan dadating, naobserbahan ko ang isang grupo ng mga kabataang nagyoyosi, halos maubo na rin ako sa usok nila, feeling ko nga naguunahan sila sa pagubos ng isang stick ng yosi. nakita ko din ung senakulo na meron silang hinahampas na guy teenager, i overheard someone na nagnakaw daw un kaya pinaparusahan. so lumalabas na hinde lang acting ung pagpalo nila. (ouchh, wag po!!!) nandyan din ung mga driver na mapagsamantala, dahil sa alam nilang nangangailangan ka ng masasakyan, sisingilin ka ng triple sa pamasahe, abah, wala pang aircon un ah.

i find it unforgiving when ppl seem to give snap judgement at someone. mostly if its directed towards me. how dare them give comments without even knowing me, how dare them saying something if i never give them rights to do so, to begin with. id rather be radical in this world than be a part of their race, life is indeed whimsical whew.
