one DAPSILOG please!!!

im feeling unwell today, maybe because a lot of things happened and i dont have control over it. thats what i hate about hearing something from somebody, somehow i get affected. well if theres any consolation, at least weekend is approaching, i can have the rest i wanted.

im bothered knowing that one of my officesmates get fired, he happens to be my padmate, a father of two kids and got terminated. khit papano oks na rin na mejo late ko ng nalaman, my take on the situation is that there have been warning given to the employee and they even signed like a performance improvement plan, saying that one more late and he will be fired. at first it sounded "ruthless" for me, khit na alam kong tama naman ang management for implementing such an action, because un ang napagkasunduan nila. and besides from an employee's point of view, if ure willing to keep the job, then ull do your best to improve and clear that record. pero syempre naiisip ko lang ung sudden change dun sa employee na ngayon wala ng trabaho. mahirap yata maghanap ng trabaho lalo na kung makikipag sabayan ka pa sa dami ng mga newly graduates. aside from that news, ung kabatch ko naman nakapagsigned na rin ng performance improvement plan, which i know he didnt deserve. if management will only based it on metrices, data then how can you measure the intangibles. my batchmate even joked about it, sabe nya if ever makatanggap ka ng PIP, wag na wag mo tong pipirmahan, hehehe.

i have plans of leaving the company, just cant decide when is going to be the best timing, however i told myself that if i do that, ill make sure that this will be my last call center job, that mybe im open for a change of career, at kung aalis man ako ayoko ng bad record, so i kinda tell myself that is should do whatever is expected of me. its good that my direct supervisor is a just leader, alam kong sya man ayaw nya na naging decision na yun, but she has to give it as ordered from higher ups. i am aware that management read data differently, and frontliners or support sees the opposite of it. but i always believe in the term "borderline" where to sides can meet. i guess this has been a challenge for team leaders ehhee.

another factor that could be very tiresome is the sudden change of weather, ang body clock ko pabago bago na rin. ang pangangampanya ng pulitiko paulet ulet, and of course ang walang katapusang vigil for the recovery of former president cory aquino. all of these inputs are tiresome for me. siguro kelangan ko lang magpahinga from all the shits in the world, ill find time for that. :D

with that been said, im comfortable with this new phone, i can even charge it in three different ways, good that it comes with a spare battery, heheh! im giving myself a day to fully test its functionalities and add-ons with this new handy phone. they say that u get what u pay for, but with this one, i get more than what i expected. marami talagang phones sa market, and kelangan lang nateng mamili ng something that would fit our needs.

i am missing somebody today. earlier, riding on an fx going to work, this guy at the front seat, sporting the same haircut as urs. or maybe u look different now, it has been years, the last time i saw u. his hairstyle makes me smile a little cuz i remember the way u say, Hawakan nyo na ang katawan ko, wag lang guluhin ang buhok ko...it was funny though when u used to joke about it. the guy got the same shoulder as urs, a bit wide, definitely not bony. i dont know why in moments like this, ur face gets first on my mind.

i miss my bestfriend, the best guy i could ever have. a man with the biggest brain with good heart, who is so willing to make me laugh, someone who had proven me that not all men are players, that they can also commit and love someone to the fullest. that guys can admit their wrong doings and would never turn around to those mistakes again. u might not know the impact your friendship has brought to my realization.

just because im crazy, i wished that guy is you, just right next to where i am at. i even looked at his face before i go, wishing to see urs and not a stranger. but of course, i can only hope. things are different now, space and time put that distance between us.

its hideous to find out mga ibat ibang klase ng panggagantso, pilipino sa kapwa pinoy. normally, i wouldnt take time with spam text messages, ito ung mga texts kung saan, galing sa personal celnumber would say na nanalo ka sa isang raffle and u need to contact mr. whoever para maprocess ung panalo mo, and the likes. yesterday is a different story, dahil for the first time, pinatulan ko, just a bitchy thought that somebody has to say things in their faces...i also believe that they keep on doing such things dahil meron pa silang nakukumbinseng magpaloko sa knila.

i received a text message, pangalawa na to, coming from Mr.Valencia, chairman of PCSO, instructing me na tumaya sa specific 3 digit number worth PHP300 at tawagan siya immediately matapos tayaan ang numbers. i decided to check out if the other person will actually answer at the other line...

Guy: Hello magandang umaga po, sino po sila?
Me: Who are u, baket mo ko tinitext tungkol sa PCSO?

Mejo matanda na ung boses, ranging from 45-55 years of age siguro....confident pa ang kumag sumagot ng telepono, siguro to sa call center to sumasideline.

Guy: Ako unang nagtanong tapos nagtatanong ka rin saken...

At dahil maldito si manong, eto ang naging pahayag ko:

Me: Hinde kita tatawagan, kung hinde mo ko tinext tungkol sa PCSO, nanggugulo ka?
Guy: Gusto ko lang tumulong kaya nag text ako.
Me: Hiningan ba kita ng tulong? Hinde nga kita kilala eh, bat dika sa charitable tumulong kung talagang gusto mo.....
Guy: Ikaw na nga inutulungan eh pambihira naman...
Me: It doesnt make any sense...paano ka makakatulong sa isang raffle game kung random ung lalabas...siguro nanloloko ka lang, dapat pag ganyan eh ipa-BITAG.
Guy: Wag mo kong tatakutin..Gusto mo magkita tayo ngayon?
Me: Ahh so natatakot ka pala, dapat kase hinde ka nagtetext ng mga kalokohan kung kani-kanino.
Guy: Eh kung gusto kong makipag text mate, masama ba?
Me: Ayun lumabas din, kanina gusto mong tumulong ngayon textmate, GAGO!
(sensya na po sa term na GAGO, pero ang salitang to ay talagang may pinag uukulang mga nilalang, at para talaga ke manong un.)

then i hang up the phone and switch it off for 2 hours. i imagine his rage when he cannot do anything para makaganti ng tawag saken. i know i shouldnt be wasting my time with useless people, but somebody has to match them, somebody has to say that we are aware of what they are doing, it happens to be that someone is me. its unfortunate na sa panahon ngayon, khit mga ganyang cheap shot na panloloko eh meron pa rin nabibiktima.

well, isipin nyo na lang.......at least for that moment, naiganti ko kayo hehehe :P

halos isang linggo na rin ang nakakalipas ng mabalitaan ko na wla na nga ang King of Pop, kundi ba naman lageng laman yan ng tv. may mga video footages na pinapakita at alam naten na hanep ang kanyang transformation. i like him more nung black pa sya, este correction, i like him only nung black pa sya, mga thriller days, 80s na 80s kumbaga, dahil nung tumuntong na ang dekada nobenta, para na syang tinalupan ng buhay. tabi tabi po sa mga fanatic sa kanya, pero sa sobrang puti nya talaga, hinde ko na madifferentiate ang isang babaeng nagpaopera at ang king of pop. maraming speculations how he came to that decision of changing his natural color, changing race. mataas ang respeto ko sa kanya dahil sya ay total performer, pero kung skali mang ang pagpapalit nya ng kulay ay parng paghuhubad ng kanyang pinag mulan, walang pinag kaiba yan sa mga pinoy na nakarating lang ng ibang bansa eh hinde na marunong managalog at hinde na rin alam ang tamang paghigop sa balot. wala akong maisip na english version ng balot, so napaka genuine ng pagkaing to, tapos ikakahiya mo, isa kang tunay na tae.
