awesome
It feels like Jason Mraz music makes me feel relax or put me to sleep. This dude got talent and passion for singing. I enjoyed his rendition of Summer Breeze which is an old song from 70s, and the way he owns the song, soo awesome. Even his geek in the pink, makes me smile...i like the part when he sang "I dont care what u think about me..."
Another awesome person is Brillante Mendoza, a director of Indie movies who has been recognized as the Best Director from Cannes filmfest award. people all over the world are recognizing his craft in creating realistic movies. some says that he is creating a lot of morbid movies, i dont mind it, cuz the creations are just mirroring whats happening to the world. im trying to figure out how can i see his other movies...
another awesome thingy im into is involving myself to the world of Ethical Hacking. i know that the term seems oxymoron to you, because when we think about hacking, we always associate it with the "bad stuff" the module im seeing right now, makes me turn my head regarding this hacking concept. the only way to know how a car works, is when u get ur hand dirty...meaning, dealt with the machines, being familiar with all the mechanism and most importantly being able to make a car up and running again. similar to the concept in ethical hacking, knowing how a hacker process thoughts, what they can and they cannot do, will give u a better concept on how to protect your computers, your network.

i find this slogan, quote, whatever u call it, something to think about, and for me to have a better understanding of my potential opponents, i should watch every move they do...hacking is indeed a mind game, like playing chess, u will never know when is the next attack...but u can prevent it to happen...there is a way to be prepared.
being a security engineer, 10 years ago, i never thought that ill be hooked into computers...because 10 years ago, with the release of Pentium I and II, (which we never got one way back then) i thought i wont be interested in a fast paced world like cyber technology...but i am now, im interested with virus removal, security and network protection. who would ever thought ill be working in this environment?? ohh well, maybe im just having fun. :D

the celebrity apprentice
Saturday. I had a full run of the apprentice celebrity edition, and like any other good books, love finishing it at one sitting. The apprentice is the ultimate sixteen-week job interview, where 14 or the famous and prominent celebrities use their business intelligence in order to show Donald Trump that they are the best and representing a charity of their choice, wherein the winning project manager, get a chance to donate special contributions. Participants are Carol Alt, Gene Simmons, Jennie Finch, Lennox Lewis, Marilu Henner, Nadia Comaneci, Nely Galan, Piers Morgan, Stephen Baldwin, Tito Ortiz and who will miss Omarosa. Trump is wise in putting Omarosa in putting spark between the candidates. As always,im impressed how Donald pushed them up to their limit and fired them one by one.

The finale is between Trace, a country recording artist and Piers, a British host of the Americas got talent. Piers take the celebrity apprentice title as he consistently prove that he may be the darkhorse of this game, but he is the king of genearating money when it comes to auction. also on this season, we are more likely to see the presence of ivanka and donald jr, than the accustomed carole and george :D i think donald is passing on his legacy to his kids.
Here are the things i learn from that season in terms of negotiation:
1. Be patient. Sometimes you have to wait weeks, months or even years to get the agreement you want. So take the long view.
2. Remember, you can’t overpower the other side by talking loud or fast. Every negotiation requires a different approach. If you are in doubt about how to behave, listen well and show respect.
3. Aim for win/win outcomes, like all the books on negotiating say. But don’t forget that you sometimes get to win more than the other side.
4. Only negotiate with people who have the power to come to an agreement with you on behalf of their organizations.
5. Learn something new every day. You never know when a piece of information will transfer into a powerful advantage when you are negotiating.
6. Be willing to walk out. It will often move you towards your goals more quickly than agreeing to the wrong terms.
7. Put a dollar value on your objective - the most you will pay, or the least you will accept. Your opponent will sense when negotiations are nearing that line and will back off.
8. Understand what the other side really wants. (If you don’t know that that is, ask.) If you can’t offer it, negotiations are going to be harder - but not necessarily impossible. At least you will know what you are up against.
9. Identify bargaining chips that you will be willing to give away. Example: You might be willing put a new roof on a property that you are trying to sell. But guard your chips closely and don’t offer them unless you have to.
10. Know the most important thing you want to gain from negotiations, but don’t reveal it too early. Once all the other issues are on the table, you will have a better chance of getting it.
11. When negotiations stall, ask “What would it take for us to come to an agreement about this today?” If you cannot offer what the other side asks for, call off negotiations temporarily to give the other side time to rethink its position.
12. Don’t hold grudges or badmouth the other side if you are unable to come to agreement. Today’s opponents can be tomorrow’s allies.
I should now look forward to the season 2 of the celebrity edition of the apprentice..

sex video parang payless, anytime anywhwere
pag pinas ang pinag uusapan, bukod sa ang traffic ay bahagi na ng pang araw araw na buhay, kasama na dito ay ang scandal ng kung sino sinong ponsyo pilato. lately hinde naman siguro kaila sa inyo ang balita na ang sikat na duktor na si hayden kho, (ang duktor na sumikat dahil sa pagiging lover ni vicky belo)ay pinag iinitan dahil sa mga lumabas na sex video with kathrina halili, na talaga namang inenjoy ng nakakarami at ginawa pang theme song ang "careless whispher".....tsk s totoo lang, hinde ko alam if mabababawan ako or what but somehow gusto kong sangayunan si senador bong revilla sa kanyang kampanyang tanggalan ng lisensya si dr. kho dahil sa kalokohang ginawa nya. kung madedefine naten ang salitang professional, eh baka maraming magreact, pero hinde talaga majujustfiy ang mga video na ginawa nya lalo na kung hinde alam ng babae na kinukunan sya....and even if she knows, hinde pa rin tama na mailantad ang mga pribadong videos. hinde ko talga ma gets kung baket kelangan pa kumuha ng sex video na paboritong hobby na majority of the male specie. i cannot penetrate their intentions in doing so. lageng pumpasok sa isip ko na that video can be used to manipulate their partners in the future. at para naman sa mga babaeng pumapayag magpakuha if ever, isa lang ang msasabe ko...u dont know what ure doing. kung mahal mo ang sarili mo, u will not allow anything na maaring makasira sayo. kung hinde ka ba naman gaga, pipiliin mong kunan ang pribado mong katawan, for what? para makita lahat ng mga pinoy ang nunal mo sa katawan or kung gaano ka kagaling mag suck ng cock?
sa scenario na to, tama lang na tanggalan ng lisensya si hayden, dahil hinde gawa ng "normal" na duktor ang mga katarantaduhan nya. kasiraan ka sa mga assosasyon ng matitinong duktor. hinde ka duktor, isa kang pasyente na may tama ang utak. such a pervert like that should not respected, and who knows how many women are victimized with this manipulative so called doctor. its good to know that senators are pushing the anti-vouyerism law, wish ko lang hinde showbiz ang pagpapatupad nun.....
respect and justice...we all deserve it.

anghel na demonyo
i am not accustomed being approached face to face. mahiyain talaga ang personality ko, khit hinde halata hehee. this weekend kase may mga newbies na naglilistening in sa mga calls ko, at the end of it, someone mentioned my name and biglang sabe "ah ikaw pala ung napapakinggan namen sa recording" --- this is not the first time ive heard of it, 3 batches na ang nakakapag sabe nyan saken that same line, im aware that some of our calls are being used as a guideline. pero syempre andun ung surprise factor na newbies seem to know me based on the recording they heard. ohh well i just hope that the recording is a good call, hehhe.
so yesterday, my officemates and i watched Angels and Demons. as usual kameng apat na naman na para bang group date, madalas kase this same group ang lumalabas every saturday. talking about the movie, since nabasa ko ung first part ng book, mejo hesitant ako dahil sa movie, naiba na agad ung first screen, its not my expected beginning. sasabihin ko sayo, comparing it with Da Vinci code, massabe kong mas may impact saken tong movie na to, siguro dahil mas realistic. i cannot compare the book and the movie in totality since hinde ko natapos ung sa book, but i might take some time to read it. realistic ung movie in a sense that it talks about stuff related to catholic church and how carmalengo, a priest was into it, that he created a demon on him. ung mga kwentong hinde mo aakalain na isang pari din pala ang gumagawa ng kalokohan para sa ikakasira ng simbahan. we all know that when it comes to religion, its a never ending debate. one side has to say against the other. im an agnostic, like robert langdon, who is still in search of the truth. overall, this movie is fine, not as spectacular as u expected, but somehow will not make u fall asleep :P
